History

Our factory was established in the district Bayramiç in the province of Çanakkale, the special Southern Marmara city which boasts for its charming green and blue and its rich history.

The story of our company started with the first steps taken in 1955 by Mahmut Akpınar, our founder and honorary chairman, as a cheese merchant. Later, in 1960, Mr. Akpınar continued his commercial career by founding the company Akpınar Kollektif, and in 1985, with his desire to produce his products himself, he established our company, which produces Ezine cheese in the village Türkmenli, located between Ezine and Bayramiç. In this journey, which we go on with the goal of increasing the production capacity and product diversity every year since our foundation, we have adopted our founder Mehmet Akpınar’s principle of “not offering to consumers any product which you would not like to consume yourself”.
